Broadwater Forest honey comes from a small apiary located on private woodland adjacent to the Broadwater Warren Nature Reserve between Groombridge and Tunbridge Wells.

The bees forage on a variety of woodland and heathland flowers including hawthorn, blackberry, sweet chestnut and heather.

The honey produced varies in taste and texture dependent on the season and what is in flower. It is raw and unprocessed prior to jarring.
